A Safe and Effective Full Body
Workout
The Parents Fit Kids Fun program is
based on 10
well-known, credible exercises which will
provide a safe and effective full body workout. The exercises
can be done in about 15 minutes; in normal clothes, i.e.,
not full exercise apparel. This means that you can have
some fun and do a quick set with your child before heading
to the dinner table.
The 10 fun exercises will work all key areas of the body
and include routines such as: Kid Twists, Patty-cake Wall
Sit and ABC Lunges.

Lunges
In the video, I will provide an introduction and demonstration
of the exercises so that you understand the safe and effective
implementation of the routines. This will take about 30 minutes,
but once you get the hang of it, you and your child will
be able to PLAY your way through a full set of the 10 exercises
in about 15 minutes.
Children ages 2-5 are best suited for the program. It is
important that the child is old enough to understand that
they need to hold on tight during the exercises, but not
too old or too big to wear you out too fast.
And remember that Parents Fit Kids Fun is for everyone – fathers,
mothers, aunts, uncles, friends; and all generations – so
don’t forget about Grandpa and Grandma.
